Is Personal Training for you?
I think you'll agree when I say that we're all trying to get fitter, lead a healthier lifestyle and look and feel better. There is so much (mis)information, so many gimmicks, articles and celebrity workouts that the sound and fury mask one major problem. Almost everyone who tries to get fitter fails miserably.

You might be one of these people and, we know from experience, you might be angry about this. You spend hundreds, thousands of pounds a year with NO results to show for it; even worse is the time wasted - hours pounding away on a treadmill and all that happens is your knees start to ache after a session at the gym.

How can you tell when Personal Training is NOT for you?
PT isn't a magic bullet that can slay the Fat Beast, nor is it the only solution to the fitness conundrum. If you want someone to do it all for you, if you think that just by paying for personal training you'll achieve total fitness, then PT is not for you.

If you want someone to just count reps for you and tell you how great you are doing, then PT is not for you. Well, our brand of PT is not for you anyway! We hold ALL our clients accountable for their results, and will push you to reach them; we won't coddle you, we won't tell you you're doing great unless you really are, we won't put up with you wasting our time.

Where can I get personal training from LKB Fitness?
Steve now has access to the Strength and Conditioning Suite at UEL Stratford. This is a great opportunity to work with athletes for the build up to 2012 and understand more how kettlebells can play a key role in the needs of different athletes and professionals. Not only does he have access, he is one of the performance coaches and works closely with the Sports Science department, Athletes and promoting to external clubs.

This means that with a central location and great transport links, people with all types of training needs can now benefit from his knowledge and programs. If you are looking for a single session in order to assess some basic kettlebell movements or a block of 10 sessions to lose a few kg then now is the time.

Areas covered – fat loss, strength and conditioning, performance enhancement for athletes, kettlebell training for complete beginners, kettlebell fine tuning for novices, advanced kettlebell training and routine ideas for personal trainers, kettlebell sport competition training and movement analysis for optimum technique. Single sessions can also be arranged based on your needs and are tailored to suit.

Steve is also available for private kettlebell inductions for trainers, master classes and 1 day workshops
