As a little treat I thought I would show you what I get up to when shopping. When not training I usually sleep or eat and recently found a way to combine shopping with training so sit back and enjoy some fun at the local DIY store.

After much gripping, filming and then realising we had something great for you guys, we finally stopped playing with our Power Grips and got it all organised!
