Together they run London Kettlebells and deliver cutting edge kettlebell courses to the fitness industry and public.
This website acts as a portal for their blogs, video database and online courses.

Okay, its a tiny bit shallow but it makes us all happy and when we get to know our clients better, the women admit they love to see other women gnawing the back of their knuckles in jealousy at how they look, and the men eventually admit to enjoying the attention they get in the summer (whether from men or women...this is the 21st century!)
With decades of martial arts and fitness training experience between us, our skillset ranges from the basic, fat loss, “toning up” or getting bigger biceps to more advanced training; corrective exercise, performance enhancement (all done with training; no chemical assistance here!) and martial arts conditioning.
Anyway, we love the industry we are in, from the excellent (kettlebells; weights that women like to use) to the misused (vibration training *cough*) and will be sharing our thoughts and ideas here.
